If a customer has experienced an issue with their product or you would otherwise like to lodge an enquiry, please locate the order via the Order History page in your Kogan.com portal here.
Select "Contact Kogan.com" on the order and select the appropriate query:

If you would like to escalate your request internally due to the nature of the resolution provided by the agent, please contact your account manager at dropship-team@kogan.com.au
All Kogan.com products come with a minimum 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Customers should not be advised to have the item disposed of prior to being advised to do so by a Kogan.com customer service agent. Resolutions will not be provided in cases where a product has been disposed of prior to our acceptance of the claim.
