Please note there is a limited window in which orders can be cancelled prior to the warehouse receiving the order.
In the event the product has been manifested to one of our warehouses, cancellation is unlikely to be successful.
Orders can be cancelled via the Order History page in your Kogan.com portal here.
Use the search function to find the product via the order reference for customer service options. If self-service cancellation is available, you will be able to immediately cancel the order. Otherwise, a cancellation request will need to be lodged with Kogan.com customer service.
